Damon Wayans is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and television personality. He is best known for his role as the son of the late Damon Wayans in the sitcom The Big Bang Theory.
Wayans has appeared in several other television shows and movies, including The Cool Kids (1998), The L Word (1999), The Kids Are Alright (2000), and The Young Ones (2011). He has also appeared in a number of independent films and short films.
Wayans also co-hosted the Netflix special Damon’s Comedy Tour. Wayans has also written for the The Onion and The Onion Business, and has had a recurring role on the comedy-horror series Supernatural.
Wayans has never really been the face of the Wayans franchise, but he has played a couple of different roles (including the role of an evil drug dealer). Wayans is well-known for his work in the TV series The Big Bang Theory and its spinoffs.

Wayans is an amazing writer who has written in the past several movies, including the horror-thriller Sin City and the romantic comedy, All About the Benjamins.
Wayans has also written a few other books, including the best-selling The Hottest Year Ever and the book-length novel, The Only Thing that Matters.
Wayans is also the author of the best-selling books on Buddhism and spirituality, such as The Way of the Peaceful Warrior, The Way of the Warrior, and the award-winning book, The Way of the Warrior. Wayans has been honored with numerous awards, including the American Library Association’s Golden Reel Award, the Bancroft Prize for fiction, a Guggenheim Fellowship, and the John W. Campbell Memorial Award.
Wayans is also the co-author with David Mamet of the novel A Prayer for Owen Meany and the editor-in-chief of the best-selling Awaken, My Love: A Guide to the Power of Emotions.
Wayans has created a number of films including the award-winning The Way of the Peaceful Warrior (1992) and The Way of the Warrior (1998). He has also been honored with a Guggenheim Fellowship.
