9 Bad Movies That being Saved By the Actors

A movie can be bad for many reasons, it can be horrible acting, poor script, bad effects, and many more. Usually its a combination of a few of these.

But sometimes bad movies will have amazing actors because they don’t know if it will be a good movie or not until its released.

Here is a list of movies that are horrible to watch, but have talented actors:

1) What to Expect When You’re Expecting

-Starring – Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson.

-A movie based on a self-help book but does no help to anyone watching it.

2) New Year’s Eve

-Starring – Michelle Pfeiffer, Sarah Jessica Parker, Zac Efron, Robert De Niro, Halle Berry, Jessica Biel, Seth Meyers, Jon Bon Jovi, Ashton Kutcher, Ryan Seacrest.

-New Year’s eve is just another Holiday-themed cliche movie made by Gary Marshall with a very gifted cast.

3) Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation

-Starring Mathew  McConaughey

-A sequel to the texas massacre movie. Just like most slasher movies, this too lacks a good plot.

This was before Mathew became a decorated actor, after movies such as Dallas Buyers Club.

4) Dirty Grandpa

-Starring Robert DeNiro

-Who would have thought Robert DeNiro would take part in a movie about how he is a senior citizen who takes part in crude and well, dirty behavior.

5) BloodRayne

-Starring Ben Kingsley

-Movies based on video games are seldom good, and this definitely not one of them.

After seeing this, you can’t help but wonder, what made Ben choose this after working on projects like Gandhi.

6) The Big Wedding

-Starring  Robert De Niro, Katherine Heigl, Robin Williams

-This marriage comedy has many issues, but one of them is not poor acting.

The movie was described as painful to watch and couldn’t believe actors as amazing as these would think such a poor script was worth their time.

7) Fantastic Four

-Starring Kate Mara, Miles Teller, Michael B. Jordan

-A reboot of the comic book movie series that was filled with a star-studded cast. But even the amazing acting could cover for lack of story and many plot holes.

8) Batman & Robin

-Starring George Clooney

-One of the many batman reboots, that had a star-studded cast, but ultimately failed because the movie failed to capture the true nature of batman, and made him look like a cartoon figure.

9) Collateral Beauty

-Starring Will Smith.

-The story of a man trying to regain his company and his sanity after his colleagues use his emotional vulnerability to manipulate him.
