There are thousands and thousands of titles that viewers can choose from and that too without having to pay any additional amount.
Amazon Prime Video also has various original contents; ranging from original movies to original series.
Most of these are award-winning and often always receive much appreciation from the viewers as well as the critics.
Users across the globe have reported an issue with Amazon Prime Video.
According to them, amazon prime video was down and it was not being played in some web browsers.
The way to solve the problem of amazon prime videos.
People have found out that just by changing the browsers, the problem could be solved.
Various users reported that when they tried to play movies on Amazon Prime Video, an error message was popping up, which led them to experiment on the different browsers.
Soon, they realized that some browsers provided uninterrupted service while some others kept on showing the error message, no matter how many times the viewers tried reloading the page.
Users of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the ones who mainly reported the issue. However, it was soon figured out that switching the browser to Microsoft Edge solved the issue.
The videos were played uninterrupted on Microsoft Edge, while the other browsers continued to show the error message. The strangest thing is that Microsoft Edge also uses the same underlying browser engine that Google Chrome uses.
It is assumed that the issue is with Digital Rights Management (DRM) software that is used by the different browsers. While Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome use the Widevine system of Google, Microsoft Edge makes use of Microsoft’s PlayReady DRM.
More about the issue will be known when Amazon comments on it, which it is yet to do. Meanwhile, people at large are switching from various browsers to Microsoft Edge for an uninterrupted movie-watching experience.
