This does not sit well with her strict and orthodox parents. Soon enough she is sent off to Pakistan to live her life with her relatives.

In an extremely strict environment, she begins her journey to live a normal life. The ending will surely leave the audience with bittersweet emotion.

Netflix Hush

Netflix boasts of a variety of horror films. However, what sets Hush apart as a unique watch is its protagonist. She is a writer living in a secluded house. Here is the catch, she’s deaf and dumb. So, what happens when a killer psychopath attacks her one such night?

She’s the only one who can save herself. It will keep you on the edge throughout the movie, as you are left watching her fight tooth and nail for her life.

Cast: Iván Massagué, Zorion Eguileor, Antonia San Juan

This is a Spanish movie that is a metaphor for poverty. Competition of the fittest is the motive of the movie. With many gory scenes, the movie in a lot of ways puts up a mirror for us to probably come out of our world of privilege.

Unbelievable (Miniseries)

Director: Lisa Cholodenko

Cast: Toni Collette, Merritt Wever, Kaitlyn Dever  

IMDB Rating: 8.4/10

This miniseries is on a police investigation which starts once a young girl accuses a masked assailant of rape. It will leave the audience guessing whether she is telling the truth or not till the last minute.

The ending is absolutely out of the ordinary.
